MYSTAYS Hotel Management will rebrand two of its hotels as “Kamenoi Hotel” in April.
On April 1st, Katsuura Gyoen will be renamed to “Kamenoi Hotel Nachikatsuura”, and on April 23rd, Tsukubasan Onsen Tsukuba Grand Hotel will change its name to “Kamenoi Hotel Tsukubasan”.
At “Kamenoi Hotel Nachikatsuura”, the lobby lounge and restaurant will be renovated, and the rooms, which were previously predominantly Japanese-style, will be partially renovated into Western-style rooms with beds, considering international guests. “Kamenoi Hotel Tsukubasan” will feature a new open-air bath, and renovations will also be made to the restaurant and guest rooms. Both are scheduled to be completed in July.
Kamenoi Hotel is a hotel brand operating in 37 facilities across 24 hot springs locations nationwide, including 30 facilities of “Kanpo no Yado” taken over and started operating in April 2022. This rebranding will increase the total to 39 facilities.
