JR Central Tours will end its storefront travel consultation services on March 31.
The Tokyo, Hamamatsu, Nagoya, and Shin-Osaka branches will continue operations as JR ticket offices, with travel support desks to be opened in April at all but the Shin-Osaka branch. The Kariya branch will close on March 30.
Currently, the Yokohama and Kyoto branches operate two travel support desks, which will expand to five branches.
