
“Espacio Nagoya Castle” Opening on October 1st: Former Nagoya Castle Hotel Reimagined
Roadstar Capital has acquired six accommodations facilities from Hiramat and NTT Urban Development.
The facilities in question are THE HIRAMATSU HOTELS & RESORTS Kashikojima, THE HIRAMATSU HOTELS & RESORTS Atami, THE HIRAMATSU HOTELS & RESORTS Sengokuhara, THE HIRAMATSU HOTELS & RESORTS Ginoza, THE HIRAMATSU Kyoto, and THE HIRAMATSU Karuizawa Miyota, making it a total of six establishments.
A Special Purpose Company is being financed with 8 billion yen, planning a 100% investment ratio. The acquisition price of the properties is not disclosed. With this, the number of hotels owned by Roadstar Capital will expand to nine.
Although Roadstar Capital has primarily invested in medium-sized offices in Tokyo’s 23 wards, it is strengthening its acquisition of hotels in response to the recovery of inbound tourism demand and inflation.
