Jetstar Japan is accepting changes without fees in response to a strike notice issued by the Jetstar Crew Association (JCA), a labor union comprised of cabin attendants and pilots.
Although the strike is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. on March 29th, no detailed notice of the strike has been provided. Therefore, for flights from March 29th to 31st, the airline is accepting changes to flights on the same route, up to 14 days prior to the original scheduled flight, through their website or live chat.
Jetstar Japan stated, “We will continue to make every effort to minimize the inconvenience and trouble to our customers and related parties who plan to use our services during the spring break, by minimizing the impact of any flight cancellations or other issues.”
