Daiwa House Realty Management has announced the closure of Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Ariake as of March 31.
The hotel first opened its doors on October 1, 2018. It was the largest Daiwa Roynet Hotel, standing at 17 stories with 368 guest rooms. All rooms were sizeable, with a minimum area of 21.5 square meters, and featured separate bath and toilet facilities.
The first and second floors housed facilities such as Jaguar Land Rover Tokyo Bay Ariake. Additionally, the hotel boasted VILLARS Climbing Ariake store, a training facility with a bouldering wall that was open to both guests and visitors.
The hotel was conveniently located a minute’s walk from the Yurikamome Ariake Station and the Rinkai Line Kokusai-Tenjijo Station.
