Hong Kong Express Airlines Adds Ging Sun Ho’s Pork Buns and More to In-Flight Menu

Hong Kong Express Airlines has announced its summer in-flight menu.

In collaboration with Hong Kong restaurant Ging Sun Ho, the airline will offer crispy pork buns overflowing with juice, as well as a special pork chop with vegetable rice. Other items include “Ocean Empire’s Pork & Century Egg Congee” and “Ocean Empire Congee with Pumpkin, Corn, Quinoa, and Pork”.

Among the Hong Kong-style snacks, curry fish balls launched in 2023 have become a popular item, selling 250,000 servings. You can also enjoy it as part of the “HK Style Street Food Combo,” which comes with siu mai drizzled with sweet soy sauce and chili oil.

Additionally, up to a 33% discount applies for first-time online reservations.
