LINE Yahoo! will resume sales of the ‘Hokuriku Support Discount’ on its travel booking site, ‘Yahoo! Travel’, from noon on April 11.
The sale targets accommodations in Ishikawa, Niigata, and Toyama Prefectures. Fukui Prefecture is not included. The dynamic package ‘Yahoo! Pack’ will not implement this discount.
The ‘Hokuriku Support Discount’ is a travel support initiative for the Fukui, Ishikawa, Toyama, and Niigata Prefectures, which were affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake. It will provide subsidies for accommodations booked between March 16 and April 26 (checkout the next day). The discount rate is equivalent to 50% of the travel cost. The maximum discount is 20,000 yen for solo accommodations and accommodations with transportation, 30,000 yen for accommodations with transportation for two or more nights, and 35,000 yen for circuit-style trips staying in two or more prefectures. The target audience includes domestic travelers and visitors to Japan, excluding business-related travels and accommodations, as well as bookings made before the start of this offer.
