Hilton Tokyo will offer a ‘Temaki Sushi Lunch’ from May 7th to July 4th.
The set includes 11 varieties of sushi ingredients such as tuna, crab, and salmon roe, two types of sushi rice (with red and white vinegar), and sides like Yoro tofu served in a basket and a mini salad. After spreading sushi rice on a seaweed sheet, guests can enjoy creating their original hand-rolled sushi by adding their favorite sushi toppings such as plum paste or shrimp flakes. A hydrangea parfait in purple, made with giant grape sherbet and jelly, along with Hilton Tokyo’s special flower tea, will be served as dessert.
The location is the Japanese restaurant “Junisou” on the second floor. The service will be available from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The price, including tax and service charge, is 7,800 yen. Reservations are required, and the offer is limited to 12 meals per day.
