Yokohama Rapid Railway announced the end of sales for regular commuter tickets on June 30th.
The decision is due to the decrease in usage of commuter tickets and the promotion of the use of transportation IC cards. Sales of discounted commuter tickets for individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities and their caregivers, as well as student discount commuter tickets, will continue.
