Eligibility for application includes individuals who have already graduated or are expected to graduate by the end of March from vocational schools, technical colleges, junior colleges, four-year universities, or graduate schools, and are able to join the company at the specified time in August or later. The selection process includes document screening, web aptitude tests, interviews, and a health examination.
