Turkey Launches Digital Nomad Visa Platform ‘Digital Nomads GoTürkiye’
The Turkish government has launched the digital nomad visa issuance platform ‘Digital Nomads GoTürkiye’.
The digital nomad visa for Turkey is issued to individuals aged 21-55 from 36 countries, excluding Japan. By entering the necessary information on the platform, a digital nomad certificate is issued, which can be used to apply for a visa at Turkish consulates.
Requirements for issuance include a passport valid for more than 6 months from the date of arrival, a higher education diploma or equivalent document, documentation proving employment as a digital nomad, a photo, and proof of income. The income requirement is set at a monthly income of $3,000 or an annual income of $36,000.
