Ginza Nishikawa, a High-end Bread Specialty Store, Opens Café-Incorporated Branch in Shanghai

Ginza Nishikawa has opened its fourth store in China, the Shanghai Banlong Tian Di store, with a café, on April 20.

The high-end bread specialty store “Ginza Nishikawa” first opened in Ginza in September 2018. The first overseas delivery-exclusive store was opened in Los Angeles, USA, in July 2022, followed by a physical store in Shanghai, China, in May 2023.

The newly opened Shanghai Banlong Tian Di store is the first bread specialty café-restaurant in China. It offers an opportunity to experience a way of eating high-end bread, including “grilling, warming, topping, and sandwiching.”

The menu includes premium water-focused bread (2 loaves for 98 yuan), premium water-focused mountain-shaped bread (1 loaf for 58 yuan), premium water-focused An bread (also 78 yuan), and a set for tasting these three types (78 yuan), as well as a variety of options such as fruit sandwiches using strawberries and muscat, and French toast (68 yuan).

The business hours are from 10 am to 10 pm, open daily.
