Hotel Metropolitan announces the sale of the ‘Seasonal Dessert Set’ and the hosting of the ‘Fruit Squash Fair’.
The Seasonal Dessert Set consists of three petit gateaux and a drink. The sweets include a ‘Mango Verrine’, combining mango mousse and coconut mousse with passion fruit, ‘Matcha Mont Blanc’ incorporating matcha financier, matcha cream, and hojicha bavarois, and an ‘Eclair’ featuring matcha cream and orange confiture sandwiched between choux pastry. Coffee and tea are available as drink options.
During the ‘Fruit Squash Fair’, two types of fruit squash, passion fruit and pink grapefruit, will be offered.
The venue is the Mezzanine Lounge ‘Suzukake’. Available from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (last order at 5:00 PM). The price for the Seasonal Dessert Set is 2,400 JPY, and each Fruit Squash is 1,400 JPY, including service charge and tax. The offering period is from May 1 to June 30.
