Hotel New Otani Hakata will host the ‘Super Sweets Buffet: Matcha and Melon 4days’ on May 25th and 26th, and June 29th and 30th, limited to four days only.
The sweets menu features items such as ‘New edo Matcha Shortcake’, ‘Matcha Mont Blanc’, ‘Super Melon Shortcake’ using muskmelons with a sugar content of more than 14 degrees, and ‘Muskmelon Tart’. For savory dishes, offerings include ‘Original Pasta Tea Carbonara’, and ‘Seafood and Aromatic Vegetable Matcha Pilaf’.
The venue is the Café & Restaurant ‘Greenhouse’. Available times are at 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:30 PM, and 7:00 PM for each 100-minute session. Prices are 6,300 yen for adults, 4,000 yen for elementary school children, and 1,000 yen for preschoolers (ages 4 to 6), including tax and service charge.
