Marriott International and Hiroshima Hospitality have signed an agreement for the launch of the Courtyard by Marriott Hiroshima, which is scheduled to open in early 2027.
The hotel will occupy a 17-story building located in Mikawa-cho, Hiroshima City, featuring 183 guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant with a semi-open kitchen, and a fitness center. It is also within walking distance to major shopping and business districts such as Hondori and Kamiya-cho.
Hiroshima Hospitality is a subsidiary of Pacifica Hotels, an affiliate of Pacifica Capital. This marks the first Courtyard by Marriott brand expansion in Hiroshima.
