The Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is selling its ‘Four Seasons Private Jet Experience Afternoon Tea’ from May 1 to June 30.
The tea service embarks guests on a private jet journey around the world, offering sweets, savories, and drinks inspired by the destinations visited. The menu features delicacies representing nine cities: Seattle, Kyoto, Hoi An, Maldives, Serengeti, Marrakech, Budapest, Florence, and Paris.
The menu includes ‘Serengeti Tanzanian Chocolate Mousse,’ ‘Paris Béryl Religieuse,’ and other sweets, along with savory items such as ‘Kyoto & Hoi An Spring Rolls with Tofu Skin,’ ‘Saltimbocca,’ and two types of scones including ‘Coffee Chocolate Chunk Scones.’ Drinks are served as a free flow and include a selection from the premium British tea brand JING TEA, original blend coffee, welcome drink ‘Voyage,’ mocktail ‘Nuit Rouge,’ and 34 types of beverages in total.
The afternoon tea is served at ‘The Lounge & Bar’ on the third floor in two sessions: from noon to 2:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Last orders are taken 30 minutes before each session ends. Prices are 7,000 yen on weekdays and 7,800 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, with a takeout option for two priced at 14,000 yen. All prices include service charge and tax.
