The Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa has started offering a Japanese & Okinawan breakfast buffet from June 1.
The seafood, including tuna and squid caught in the nearby waters of Okinawa, as well as sea grapes, can be enjoyed as original seafood bowls with special soy sauce. Okinawan cuisine includes Okinawan tempura made with mozuku seaweed, white fish, and purple sweet potatoes, Okinawa soba made with noodles and soup from Taila Noodle Factory, and a rapé of Kinbi carrots using island carrots.
Breakfast guests can choose between the newly introduced Japanese & Okinawan cuisine buffet and the usual Western-focused buffet (located at ‘Buffet & Grill QWACHI’).
The location is ‘Uchina Dining Jinanbou’. Business hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM (last order at 10:00). The price is 3,600 yen for adults, 1,800 yen for children (ages 7-12), and 900 yen for preschool children (ages 3-6). Preschool children stay for free during accommodation.
