Olive Bay Hotel has begun sales to the general public.
Originally built as a guest house for the world’s wealthy who commissioned ships from the Oshima Shipbuilding Yard, the hotel was designed by architect Kengo Kuma. It features 32 rooms across four types: Luxury Room, Premier Suite, Superior Room, and Japanese Suite. Breakfast includes a champagne breakfast with fresh juice from local Nishi Sea City specialties such as Oshima tomatoes, mandarins, and watermelons. The hotel accommodates facilities like an infinity pool, bar, gym, and spa.
The rate per person starts from 31,000 yen for a triple room occupancy and from 36,000 yen for a double room occupancy. These rates include dinner and breakfast, service charge and tax included.
