ZIPAIR Tokyo has started selling a new service package, ‘Flex Biz,’ applicable for flights from October 27 onward.
This service package is designed to accommodate sudden schedule changes, including refunds via voucher, an additional 8kg for onboard baggage, and pre-selected seating.
The amount refunded by the voucher varies depending on the time of refund: 100% of the payment amount if refunded 30 days before departure, 80% if refunded between 29 to 7 days before departure. A voucher issuance fee of 3% of the refund amount applies in both cases. From 6 days before departure, only taxes will be refunded using the original payment method.
Prices from Tokyo/Narita are as follows: for Bangkok, ZIP Full-Flat at 12,000 yen and Standard at 7,000 yen; for Singapore, ZIP Full-Flat at 14,000 yen and Standard at 7,000 yen; for Los Angeles, ZIP Full-Flat at 20,000 yen and Standard at 10,500 yen.
