This marks the 14th building in Chiyoda ward and the fifth in the Akihabara area. The hotel has 14 floors above ground with a total of 205 guest rooms, including 202 standard rooms and 3 deluxe twin rooms. All rooms are non-smoking and have been upgraded with doors having about 16% better insulation. In addition, the hotel has improved insulation near the guest room doors, extended the shoe horn to 70 centimeters with a material change, and switched to environmentally friendly ‘LIMEX’ material for the guest room garbage bags.
