Rihga Royal Hotel (Osaka) Hosts the Kansai Regional Brand Fair
The Rihga Royal Hotel (Osaka) is collaborating with the “12 regional brands” selected by the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade, and Industry to host the Kansai Regional Brand Fair from July 1st to August 31st, featuring ingredients and traditional crafts.
At “Japanese Cuisine Nakanojima”, you can enjoy items such as Miki’s Sake Aoi Tsuru Jun Junmai Ginjo (2,024 JPY) or the course dish “Special Kaiseki” (25,300 JPY), which includes “Hammo (conger eel) from Awaji Island caught in kudzu” as one of its dishes.
“Counter Kappo Miotsukushi” offers menus where you can enjoy “Hammo from Awaji Island” prepared in your preferred style, such as dropped, grilled, or teriyaki (each 4,200 JPY), as well as menus featuring “Octopus from Awaji Island” prepared in styles like spicy grilled, tempura, or sashimi (each 2,600 JPY). There are also offerings like Awaji Island hand-stretched somen (1,250 JPY) and Yoshino Cedar Barrel Sake Omachi Yamahai Junmai (1,898 JPY). Additionally, chefs dressed in work clothes made from “Banshu-Ori” fabric will be standing at the counter.
The locations are the Japanese Cuisine Nakanojima on the 30th floor of the East Wing and Counter Kappo Miotsukushi on the basement 2nd floor. Prices include tax and service charges.
