Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay Begins Offering Renovated Rooms from September 13

The Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay will start offering its renovated rooms sequentially from September 13.

The hotel reopened in July 2023, rebranded from the former Hyatt Regency Osaka. The building has 28 floors above ground and one below, with a total of 480 rooms, 64 of which are operated by Hoshino Resorts as Risonare Osaka.

The renovation targets a total of 414 rooms, excluding the Presidential Suite and Tatami Suites, as well as the elevator hall and guest room floors. The renovation allows for three guests per room by introducing sofa beds in some rooms and adds more Hollywood twin rooms. Sofas are placed near the window, adopting a design that evokes the feeling of an urban resort by the sea, inspired by the culture and history of shipbuilding in Suminoe. The hotel provides a web service using AR to explain the views from the windows.

Renovated rooms with club access are available for sale. The stay period is from September 13, 2023, to February 28, 2025.
