Emirates Flies 101-Year-Old Traveler to Algiers, Upgrades to First Class
Emirates Airline transported a 101-year-old traveler from Algeria, Rachida Smati, to Algiers, the capital of Algeria.
After visiting friends and family in Dubai, Ms. Smati headed to Algiers on Emirates. It was her third visit to Dubai, where she enjoys the easy access, high level of medical care, and vibrant attractions.
Greeted by an exclusive Emirates team, her seat was upgraded to first class. Ms. Smati commented, “The flight to Dubai on Emirates was wonderful. The cabin crew were very kind and helpful. I’m looking forward to flying back to Algeria with Emirates and experiencing first class. I’m deeply grateful for the warm welcome from the entire team.”
Ms. Smati was born in Algeria in 1923. She took her first flight to Paris at the age of 21 and continues to be an avid traveler today.
