“Espacio Nagoya Castle” Opening on October 1st: Former Nagoya Castle Hotel Reimagined
Hotel Okura Kyoto is offering the ‘Kyoto Summer Festival Plate,’ a dessert presentation epitomizing Kyoto’s summer traditions, from July 1 to August 31.
This series, which has evolved since 2021, continues this year. Long eclairs are fashioned to represent the spears of the Gion Festival’s floats, accompanied by a peach parfait, while a matcha Mont Blanc symbolizes the Gozan Okuribi. In addition, mango pudding and macarons emulating draft beer and edamame, a jelly in the shape of a goldfish bowl, and fruit Manju in the shape of seashells are also available. The price is 3,200 yen, including tax and service charge.
The location is the cafe ‘Le Coq d’Or’ on the first floor. Available from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
