Sapporo Prince Hotel Renews its Breakfast Buffet ‘More Hokkaido Morning’
Sapporo Prince Hotel has renewed its breakfast buffet, ‘More Hokkaido Morning’, on August 1st.
The new buffet features five key points: ‘Sustainable’, ‘Hokkaido Gourmet’, ‘Seafood Bowls’, ‘Grill Station to Recharge with Northern Blessings’, and ‘Omelet Corner’. Special focus is given to ‘Sustainable’, incorporating “locally produced and consumed” and “seasonal ingredients” to contribute to sustainable tourism. It offers Hokkaido specialties like ‘Soup Curry’, ‘Potato Butter’, Ainu dishes ‘Cep Ohaw (fish stew)’ and ‘Sayo (porridge)’, and omelets topped with sea urchin cream sauce or crab gravy made with Hokkaido kelp dashi.
Located on the first floor at the buffet restaurant Hapuna, it’s available from 6 AM to 10 AM. Prices are 3,500 JPY for adults, 1,700 JPY for elementary school children, and 1,100 JPY for preschoolers (ages 4 to those not yet in school), all inclusive of tax and service charge.
