Karuizawa Prince Hotel West will be selling their ‘Whole Peach’ dessert from August 10th to mid-September.
Using a whole Asama Suimitsuto peach from Komoro City, which reaches its peak season in August and September, they provide a plump and aromatic peach at its prime. The peach is enhanced with a compote syrup containing passion fruit to add acidity, highlighting the peach’s sweetness. Additionally, this year, they have infused it with organic vanilla beans from Comoros, creating a rich custard cream that is stuffed inside the peach.
The dessert is available at ‘ALL DAY DINING LOUNGE/BAR Primrose’. It is offered from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with last orders taken at 5:30 p.m. The price is 950 yen, including taxes but excluding service charges. The offer ends as soon as the peach season is over.
