Lufthansa Group has completed the sale of AirPlus International as of July 31.
The company, along with all its subsidiaries and branches abroad, is now under the umbrella of SEB Kort Bank, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. The sale amount approximately amounted to 450 million euros.
As a leading provider of BtoB payment services with over 55,000 clients worldwide, Lufthansa announced the sale in June 2023 as part of its focus on core business activities.
