Ishikawa Prefecture, Resumes ‘Ishikawa Support Travel Discount’ Campaign
Ishikawa Prefecture is resuming its ‘Ishikawa Support Travel Discount’ from today, August 23.
The campaign will run from September 1 to November 30. It offers a subsidy covering 50% of the costs for travel and accommodation. The discount limit is set at 20,000 yen for solo accommodations and travel-inclusive stays and 30,000 yen for travel-inclusive stays of more than two nights. Reservations made before the start of the campaign are not eligible.
Approximately 130 accommodations that accepted evacuees from the Noto Peninsula earthquake and had leftover budget allocations as of the end of July will be eligible. About 70 local and 20 major travel agencies will be accepting reservations.
