The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is hosting a ‘Summer Farm Afternoon Tea’ event until September 8.
The ingredients include dairy products from Yuge Farm, located behind Mount Rokko, featuring ‘Low-temperature Pasteurized Non-Homogenized Milk’ used in ‘Milk Flan Parisian Vanilla Beans,’ and honey collected at the farm, inspiring the ‘Hazelnut Chantilly Honeycomb with Yuge Farm Honey’ among nine types of sweets. Additionally, the event offers seven types of savory items, such as ‘Whey Stew’ made from whey, a by-product of cheese production, and ‘Yuge Farm Herb Salad.’ Other offerings include fresh cheese ice cream desserts and shaved ice made with milk ice.
The event is held at the Italian restaurant ‘Splendido’ on the first floor. The tea is served from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
