Hilton Tokyo Odaiba will host the ‘World Meat Festival’ lunch and dinner buffet from August 21 to October 31.
The cold dishes include a ‘Beef Shabu Salad’ served with a Bagna Cauda-like sauce alongside vegetables such as red Kuri squash, yellow carrots, and blue-core radish, and an ‘Iberico Grill’. For hot dishes, there will be ‘Lamb Shish Kebabs’ spiced up, ‘Milanese Cutlets’ with tomato sauce, an Ajillo featuring duck meat and four types of mushrooms, and a traditional French dish ‘Chicken Galantine’ where pate de campagne is wrapped in chicken and steamed.
During weekends and holidays, the live station will exclusively offer ‘Beef Shurrasco’, a spectacle where large blocks of meat are grilled in front of guests. The dessert area will feature sweets such as ‘Apple Tart’, ‘Zuccotto with Pear’ using caramel pears, and ‘Mini Pie Tarts’ filled with custard cream and decorated with autumn fruits.
Additionally, during the Halloween season, some desserts will be specially decorated, including a ‘Gateau Chocolat’ designed like a Jack-o’-lantern.
