
Hawaii Tourism Authority Launches “Hawaii from Age 65” Project for Senior Travelers from Japan
JR Tokai Food Service is renewing the grand menu of ‘Ramen Shioji’ located inside the JR Shin-Osaka Station Shinkansen gates on August 28.
The menu will feature ‘Shioji’s Salt Ramen’ (980 yen), known for its aromatic soup made with a double broth of chicken and pork bones enriched with the umami of clams and scallops, and straight noodles created by Kyoto’s noodle maker Menya Tei-chan. Additionally, ‘Shioji’s Soy Sauce Ramen’ (980 yen) will make use of soy sauce from Osaka’s only soy sauce manufacturer, Daisho. Until 5 p.m., they will offer dumplings, fried rice, and fried chicken sets (except for the fried rice, which comes with white rice), and after 5 p.m., drink sets accompanied by alcohol and snacks (1,000 yen).
The business hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with the last order at 9:30 p.m. Open year-round.
