International Garden Hotel Narita Hosts ‘Autumn Casual Italian & Shine Muscat Sweets Fair’ Until October 31
The International Garden Hotel Narita is hosting the ‘Autumn Casual Italian & Shine Muscat Sweets Fair’ from September 1st to October 31st.
The menu includes a variety of dishes, such as ‘Saury and Eggplant Tapenade’ made by sautéing saury and autumn eggplants with garlic and simmering them in white wine until they become a paste, ‘Pork Belly Cassoulet-Style’ which is a traditional Milanese dish cooked with meat and aromatic vegetables in red wine for a long time, and ‘Marinated Pumpkin and Fig’. For dessert, there are a total of 35 varieties of dishes including ‘Shine Muscat Fraisier’ and ‘Chestnut Basque Cheesecake’.
Furthermore, during the lunchtime live kitchen performances, which happen every 30 minutes, they will prepare ‘Shine Muscat Zabaglione’ by making a custard sauce with egg yolks, arranging Shine Muscat and berries in a dish, pouring the sauce over, and then baking it in the oven.
From October 26th to 31st, a ‘Halloween Buffet’ will be held, featuring a variety of cute Halloween sweets.
The location is on the 1st floor at ‘Restaurant AVANTI’. The lunch buffet is available on weekdays from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and on weekends and holidays from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The dinner buffet is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The price for the lunch buffet is 3,800 yen for adults, 1,900 yen for elementary school students, and 900 yen for infants.
