The Capitol Hotel Tokyu Hosts ‘Chestnut Fair’ Until October 31
The Capitol Hotel Tokyu will hold a ‘Chestnut Fair’ from September 1 to October 31.
At the all-day dining ‘ORIGAMI’, the menu includes chestnut-rich courses such as ‘Braised domestic beef cheek with chestnut puree and autumn flavors’, ‘Chestnut and sweet potato soup’, and ‘Chestnut creme brulee with milk ice cream’. Diners can choose from three main dishes in the chestnut-themed lunch course. The price is 4,933 Japanese yen for the lunch course and 12,017 Japanese yen for the dinner course. The lunch service runs from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (last order), and dinner is available from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (same).
The lounge ‘ORIGAMI’ features new chestnut sweets including a Mont Blanc-style parfait and other chestnut desserts. The menu offers a ‘Chestnut Parfait’ (2,530 yen) topped with large candied chestnuts and freshly piped Mont Blanc, a limited-edition ‘Chestnut Roll Cake’ (3,024 yen, available until September 30) made with chestnut paste from Ehime Prefecture-grown Nakayama chestnuts, and various ‘Chestnut Drinks’ including chestnut shakes and chestnut roasted tea lattes. Service hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (same).
