Hotel Gajoen Tokyo is offering the ‘Autumn Chiffon Afternoon Tea’ from September 1 to October 4.
Themed around “chiffon”, this tea set expresses the light entrance into autumn with the transparency of jellies, the smooth texture of mousses, and more. The menu features a total of eight types of sweets including ‘Muscat and Champagne Coupe’ with the freshness of Muscat grapes and Kyoho grapes complemented by the richness of cheese, and ‘Hoijicha Sablé’ sandwiching Hoijicha raw chocolate mixed with powdered tea leaves. Additionally, three types of savory items such as a tart with figs stewed in red wine and topped with chopped walnuts and sour cream, and a gratin of chestnuts and blue cheese baked with bacon and onions are available.
Located on the first floor at ‘New American Grill “KANADE TERRACE”’, the serving hours are from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM (last order). The price is 6,600 yen, with a chiffon cocktail for 8,250 yen, and with a glass of champagne for 8,470 yen, each inclusive of tax but exclusive of service charge.
