Air Canada has appointed Mr. Firas Al Osman as its Chief Digital Officer (CDO).
This marks the company’s first CDO appointment, wherein he will be responsible for formulating and implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy. Key areas of focus include improving customer experience, promoting efficiency and innovation, and enhancing operational processes and performance.
Mr. Al Osman joins Air Canada from a leading professional services organization. He has extensive experience in developing and leading large-scale digital transformation programs for major organizations across various industries, including airlines, financial services, insurance, and healthcare.
