Hong Kong Express Airways to Serve Winter Menu Featuring ‘Hong Kong Style French Toast’ and Congee
Hong Kong Express Airways will start serving its winter menu from October 27th.
The menu includes the golden and crispy ‘Hong Kong Style French Toast’ originating from tea restaurants, an assorted platter of ‘Hong Kong Style Fried Fish Balls’, along with ‘Thai Green Curry & Rice’, ‘Dried Scallop, Shiitake Mushroom, and Chicken Congee’, and ‘Traditional Red Bean Soup with Dried Tangerine Peel’.
Hong Kong cuisine is one of the popular menu options, with ‘Classic Hong Kong Style Egg Waffle’ launched last October selling over 42,000 pieces, and the recently launched in March ‘Hong Kong Express x Ginshinwa’ Deep Fried Pork Bun brimming with soup selling around 25,000 pieces.
