Telecom Square has released the ‘eSIM square’ app.
It features over 300 products available for use in more than 200 countries and territories. Users can select the country, duration, and data capacity to make purchases and start using the service. Its simple site design and the fact that it takes only two steps to use mean it can solve beginners’ problems such as complicated settings or plans.
From My Page, users can check their data usage and easily extend their period or add more data via recharge. Customer inquiries and support are available via email and chat. The service plans to support multiple languages, in addition to the currently available Japanese and English.
