Thai Airways is advising that passengers will be responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses in the event of a delay on flights from Bangkok/Suvarnabhumi to Tokyo/Haneda when public transportation is unavailable.
The summer schedule lands at 9:10 PM, while the winter schedule places arrival at 10:30 PM. According to Radarbox, nearly half of the flights in the last month have been delayed by more than 15 minutes. In September, three flights landed late in the after 11 PM.
