The Ascott Limited and JR East Urban Development are set to open ‘Oakwood Oimachi Tracks Tokyo’, a service residence within the OIMACHI TRACKS development project by JR East, in spring 2026.
The facility occupies the 15th to 17th floors of OIMACHI TRACKS. It will offer 78 rooms complete with full kitchens and laundry facilities. The property will also feature a lounge, two meeting rooms, and study booths among other amenities. Catering to long-term stays, reservations will be accepted for stays of one month or longer.
The location is directly connected to JR Oimachi Station.
