Nanki-Shirahama Marriott Hotel Launches Kue Course Cuisine from October 1
The Nanki-Shirahama Marriott Hotel will offer a course cuisine titled ‘Feast of Kue’ from October 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
Kue, often referred to as a phantom luxury fish, reaches its season from autumn to winter. In October and November, the ‘Feast of Kue -Bounty of the Mountain-‘ will feature a course incorporating an abundance of mushrooms produced in Wakayama Prefecture, while from December to March 2025, the ‘Feast of Kue -Bounty of the Sea-‘ will offer courses combined with the seasonal catch from nearby waters. Sample menu items for the ‘Feast of Kue -Bounty of the Mountain-‘ include Kue temari sushi, Kue skin scale crackers, thinly sliced Kue, Kue pot stew flavored with mushrooms from Kishu, and Kue tempura with mandarin salt.
The venue is ‘Grill & Dining G’. The course will be available from October 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, excluding December 27, 2024, to January 5, 2025. Reservations are required by noon the day before. The service hours are from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM (last order at 9:00 PM). The price is 18,000 yen, including service charge and tax.
