VietJet Air will increase flights on the Hiroshima-Hanoi route starting November 19.
In addition to the current Thursday and Sunday flights, a Tuesday flight will be added. The flights will be operated using Airbus A320 aircraft, making it the only direct flight connecting the Chugoku and Shikoku regions of Japan with Vietnam. The flight duration is 5 hours and 20 minutes from Hiroshima, and 3 hours and 55 minutes from Hanoi.
The route was initially opened with two round trips per week on May 12.
