Hyatt Regency Kyoto Hosts ‘Café 33 Autumn Afternoon Buffet’
Hyatt Regency Kyoto is offering an ‘Autumn Afternoon Buffet’ at Café 33, where you can enjoy the flavors of autumn such as sweet potatoes, chestnuts, and pumpkins, as well as western pears, grapes, and persimmons, available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from October 12 to December 15.
The sweets lineup includes three types of ‘Eclairs’ with roasted chestnuts, Kyoho grapes, and pumpkin cream, ‘Chestnut Cream Cheese Cake’, ‘Purple Sweet Potato Cake with Caramel Sauce’, a cake featuring sweet potato cream and sautéed pears sandwiched between sponge layers called ‘Sweet Potato and Spiced Pear Cake’, ‘Pumpkin Crème Brûlée’, and ‘Maple Flavored Persimmon Tart’. The ‘Fresh Squeezed Mont Blanc’ is made by squeezing chestnut cream through a squeezer to a thickness of 1 millimeter upon order. Inside the specially made chestnut cream, using two types of chestnuts from France, whipped cream and custard cream are enclosed. Savories include ‘Sweet Potato and Pork Shoulder Roast’, ‘French Chestnut Soup’, ‘Mushroom Quiche’, and ‘Chestnut Pasta’.
The buffet is held at the All Day Dining ‘Café 33’. Available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Prices are 6,000 yen for adults, 3,000 yen for children (ages 6 to 12), and free for toddlers (tax and service charge included).
