Hoshino Resorts Offers ‘Solo Hot Spring Journey’ at 15 “KAI” Locations
Hoshino Resorts will offer a winter-limited ‘Solo Hot Spring Journey’ at 15 “KAI” hot spring ryokan locations from December 1st until February 28th, 2025.
In the private outdoor baths of the guest rooms, one can enjoy the unique hot springs offered by each facility. For example, at KAI Sengokuhara, situated at an elevation of around 700 meters amid a chain of mountains, they offer a beautifying bath that helps wash away old skin cells. For dinner, a “solo hot pot dining” arranged just for one person integrates local pot dishes. Guests can adjust their preferred ingredients and amount, with the dining space prepared as either a private or semi-private room. As an instance, KAI Sengokuhara offers “sea urchin and beef sukiyaki”.
Guest rooms will provide a ‘post-bath reward set’ including local craft beer, juice, snacks, sparkling alcohol, and sweet sake prepared by each facility. Additionally, guests will receive ‘local color-rich goods’ as a gift, allowing them to experience the traditional crafts, culture, and natural materials of the region.
Prices start from 60,000 yen (tax and service charge included, breakfast included).
