SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL is offering the “STREAM Afternoon Tea～Tree Decoration～” from November 15 to December 25, limited to 10 sets per day.
This DIY style afternoon tea allows you to enjoy decorating a tree with candy ornaments such as snowmen, bells, and stars that appear when opening a large gift box made of chocolate. The sweets include a “Chocolate Mousse” inspired by Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, “Strawberry Macaron” resembling Santa Claus’s red suit, and a “Roll Cake” shaped like a candle. The special plate features a tree made of triangular cones and pistachio cream, and for savories, there’s a Christmas savories like roast pork and marinade arranged in a wreath shape, “Porcini and Chicken Pot Pie”, and “Smoked Turkey Sandwich”.
For drinks, there are 10 types of TWG Tea, coffee, café au lait, and sparkling water available.
The location is at the “BAR & GRILL Splish” Cafe & Bar on the 7th floor. Available from 3 PM to 5 PM. The price is 6,500 yen per person, available for reservations for even numbers starting from two people (including tax and service charge). Reservations have already started.
