Hilton Tokyo Bay Offers ‘Winter Afternoon Tea’
Hilton Tokyo Bay is hosting their ‘Winter Afternoon Tea’ from November 6th to December 29th, offering a total of 14 items including braised Japanese beef in red wine and macarons with whole strawberries.
The menu features a ‘Single Strawberry White Macaron Brûlée,’ sandwiching a whole strawberry with white macaron and white chocolate cream, a ‘Pistachio Cake with Raspberry Ganache and Chocolate Cream’ that lets you enjoy two flavors, a ‘Snowman Parfait Crème D’ange with Rose Sparkling Jelly’ topped with a snowman-shaped chocolate, ‘Braised Japanese Beef in Red Wine Burgundy Style’ that has been marinated overnight with aromatic vegetables and red wine and then slow-cooked for 3 to 4 hours the following day, and ‘Cauliflower and Mushroom Gratin’ based on homemade Bechamel sauce and cauliflower, among all 14 items.
For beverages, you can repeatedly enjoy a variety of teas including 10 kinds of tea leaves and 9 types of Nespresso coffee menus, ranging from the ‘t-series’ of the Sri Lanka-born tea brand ‘Dilmah’, such as ‘Single Estate Darjeeling’ and ‘Original Earl Grey’, to herbal teas like ‘Pure Peppermint’ and ‘Pure Chamomile Flower’. Additionally, a special mocktail ‘Blessing of Winter’ combining orange syrup, cranberry juice, and Dilmah’s ‘Mango & Strawberry’ tea leaves is also available for an extra charge.
It is served in the lobby floor bar lounge ‘silva’ from 11 am to 5 pm. The price is 5,200 yen, including tax and service charges.
