Hilton Tokyo Bay is hosting a strawberry and youth-themed dessert buffet, ‘Strawberry School Life,’ exclusively on weekends and holidays from December 28 until April 13, 2025.
The buffet is divided into three areas focused on the keywords of school life: ‘Classroom,’ ‘Club Activities,’ and ‘Youth.’ In the classroom-themed area, desserts such as ‘Special Strawberry Tart for You,’ ‘Berry Shortcake with Elemental Symbols,’ and a glass dessert inspired by milk coffee are served, embellished with decorations that evoke memories of school days, including blackboards. The club activities-themed area features desserts inspired by sports items and a glass dessert that captures the sunset viewed with friends in three variations of jelly. The area representing memories of youth offers desserts that revolve around themes of romance and friendship, such as ‘Heart-Throbbing Strawberry Mille-Feuille’ and a two-layer cake of jelly and rare cheese hiding a heart-shaped strawberry.
The savory section includes about 15 varieties, such as ‘Salmon and Cream Cheese Sushi Roll,’ ‘Gyoza Hot Sandwich,’ a tomato stew with chicken and cheese, and a Caesar salad sprinkled with freeze-dried strawberries. The dessert at the live station changes between the first and second half, from fondant chocolate to strawberry praline à la mode. Additionally, a special strawberry carbonated drink ‘Exciting Youth Strawberry Fizz (one glass for 950 yen)’ can be ordered for an additional charge, made with four strawberries and slices of heart-shaped strawberries scattered in the glass, with strawberry, lemon, and lychee syrup at the bottom, topped with soda and ginger ale.
The venue is the lobby lounge ‘lounge O.’ The buffet is available in four sessions starting from noon, each lasting two hours. Prices are 4,700 yen for adults, 1,800 yen for children aged 4 to 8, and 2,600 yen for children aged 9 to 12, inclusive of tax and service charges.
