Accor Group and Nomura Real Estate have announced that ‘Fairmont Tokyo’ will open in July 2025.
Located on floors 35 to 43 of Building S in the ‘BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA’ redevelopment project jointly promoted by Nomura Real Estate and JR East in Shibaura, Tokyo, the hotel will feature 217 rooms, including 29 suites.
The hotel will offer an executive lounge, five restaurants and two bars, four outdoor terraces, a sky chapel, a sky banquet, a grand ballroom, a spa, a signature infinity pool, an outdoor relaxation pool, and a fitness facility. The interior design is handled by the design studio ‘Bar Studio,’ reflecting local characteristics.
It is situated near JR Hamamatsucho Station, Tokyo Monorail Hamamatsucho Station, Toei Subway Daimon Station, and Yurikamome Hinode Station.
