Hilton Nagoya will be hosting a strawberry sweet buffet called ‘Strawberry Chocolate Factory’ from January 9 to March 9, 2025, open Thursday through Sunday and on holidays.
With a theme of chocolate and strawberry collaboration, the venue is designed to look like a pink and white sweet factory, offering over 17 types of strawberry sweets and 7 types of savory items such as signature curry and pasta.
Sample menu items include ‘Strawberry Chocolate Factory,’ a dish featuring Senga Sengana strawberries known for their strong aroma and sweet and sour taste, decorated with smooth milk chocolate ganache; ‘Factory Manager’s Strawberry Heart Mousse,’ combining white chocolate strawberry mousse and pistachio cream; ‘Strawberry & Tofu Rare Cheese Cake,’ with crushed graham cracker crust, strawberries, and cream cheese; and ‘Ruby Chocolate Express,’ utilizing fruity flavors, Swiss milk richness, and ruby chocolate.
The location is the first-floor all-day dining ‘Inplace 3-3.’ The buffet is available from 3 PM to 5 PM, with food service ending at 4:30 PM. Prices are 5,000 yen for adults and 3,000 yen for children, including tax and service charges.
