Hospitality Operations has rebranded and opened “Smile Hotel Yonezawa” on November 29.
This marks the first Smile-branded hotel in Yamagata Prefecture. The building is nine stories high. It has 100 rooms in total, including 87 single rooms, 9 double rooms, and 4 twin rooms. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and smart TVs. The hotel offers a men’s public bath, 40 free parking spaces, a restaurant, coin laundry, beverage vending machines, and an ice machine. Breakfast includes Yamagata Prefecture rice, freshly baked bread, and local cuisine served buffet style.
An exclusive “Smile Hotel Yonezawa OPEN commemorative plan” is available on the official website until February 28, 2025. Prices start from ¥5,000 per person per night for room only and from ¥5,800 with breakfast included for two people sharing a room.
Access is about a 3-minute walk from JR Yonezawa Station, and about a 5-minute drive from the Tohoku Chuo Expressway Yonezawa Central Interchange (IC).
