Sumitomo Real Estate Villa Fontaine has revamped the content of its membership program ‘CLUB VILLA FONTAINE,’ transitioning to a new operation from December 2 which includes an upgraded membership app and a swap in the accommodation reservation system.
The new scheme offers up to a 15% point return, expanding the ways members can utilize accumulated points, such as discounts on accommodation reservations, Amazon gift cards, and PeX point gifts. Along with the application update, the accommodation reservation system was refreshed to ‘tripla Book’ provided by tripla. The app has incorporated improvements such as hotel search from the current location, reservation, navigation route to the hotel, and easy check-in with a QR code upon arrival.
To celebrate the launch of the new system, a campaign will be held until February 28, 2025, offering a 1,500 JPY discount coupon for registration procedures, and a 500 JPY discount coupon for downloading or updating the membership app, distributing up to 2,000 JPY worth of coupons. These coupons can be used at Villa Fontaine and Village locations throughout Japan for stays up to March 31, 2025.
